1. Information gathered.
Our primary goal in collecting personal information is to provide you with a prompt service and a high level of professionalism. Using our application, you can choose whether GPS coordinates are transmitted. If you notice that there are inconsistencies between your personal data and those displayed by the application, please inform the dispatcher as soon as possible to make the necessary corrections.
Your personal data will be deleted from the application's database and its backups if: they are no longer required to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected or processed, you withdraw your consent to data processing for the purpose for which they were collected or you oppose their processing, or if personal data has been processed illegally. If you withdraw your consent to data processing for the purpose for which it was collected or opposed to processing it in accordance with the application's specific purposes, it would automatically result in automatic unsubscription from the Driver application.
2. Use your information.
The use of your personal information is only for the customer that book Valet, this information is stored in the Valet dispatcher database and will be used for subsequent orders or statistics.
3. Disclosure of your information.
As a policy issue, we do not sell or rent any of your personal information to third parties or use them for other marketing purposes or other processing for the purpose for which they were collected without your explicit and initial consent. However, your personal information may be disclosed for the exercise of the right to free expression and information; for compliance with a legal obligation under European Union law or domestic law in which the dispatcher is based or for the performance of a task performed in the public interest or in the exercise of an official authority with which the dispatcher is entrusted; on grounds of public interest in the field of public health, in accordance with Article 9 (2) (h), (i) and Article 9 (3) 679 of April 27, 2016; for purposes of archiving in the public interest, for scientific or historical research purposes or for statistical purposes in accordance with Article 89 (1) of that Regulation, to the extent that that right is likely to render it impossible or seriously disturbing achievement of the respective processing objectives; or for the establishment, exercise or defense of a right in court.
4. Security.
Personal information is stored in a secured data base at the Valet dispatcher.
